Uggghhh....back pain AGAIN

Back was fine until I got to work today. Only after about an hour it started hurting and is killing me. I've tried walking around, stretching, etc... and nothing is helping. I just broke down and took a cyclobenzaprine (flexeril). It's the least effective thing I have to take that I could still take and be able to do my job and drive home. Please hurry and let this work day end.
